Now, plastic surgery enthusiasts are drawing inspiration from thousands of social media users' interest in artificial intelligence "Lens AI" avatars. Some renowned plastic surgeons have stated that people are requesting surgeries to resemble the avatars prepared by the application.

According to a report in The Independent, the artificial intelligence software Lens AI developed by Prisma AI has gained popularity on social media. Users upload 10-20 of their own photos to the application to obtain avatars in different styles.

It was reported that some individuals who use the application have started turning to plastic surgeons, influenced by the avatars generated by artificial intelligence. Dr. Terry Dubrow, a renowned plastic surgeon and host of the show Botched, stated to TMZ that someone approached him, showing the avatar created by Lens AI as a reference. Dr. Dubrow mentioned that he rejected the person who approached him. He also expressed concern that this trend would escalate "unrealistic image expectations."

Dr. Deepak Dugar mentioned that five people who approached him wanted to have the faces depicted in the avatars, and he deemed this situation "dangerous."

Although Lens AI is a new application, it is noted that people seeking plastic surgery based on effects is not a new phenomenon. Dr. Ben Talei from the Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Center stated that this has been happening since Snapchat filters.
